Described as “pure joy,” their sound draws inspiration from artists like The Fratellis and Squeeze, combining sharp narratives with high-energy melodies and a touch of T. Rex swagger.

Released in February 2025, Johnny and the Lizards' bring you their second single, Secret Keepers. Recorded in various locations across the country - without any of the band members being in the same place at the same time - this track captures our goal of creating a happy, energetic song that also tells a story. We wanted it to feel different from our first release while still staying true to our new wave, alternative rock style. It was first teased as a live demo in October 2024.
